Who is responsible for your data
Morari Commercial Pvt. Ltd (“Verde”, “we”, “us”) determines how and why personal data collected through this site is processed. Our registered office is at 458/466, Gali No. 8, Friends Colony Industrial Area, Shambu Nath Compound, Shahdara, Delhi-110095, India, our works are at C-113, RIICO Industrial Area, Salarpur, Bhiwadi, Distt. What we collect
If you contact us — by the enquiry link on this site, by email or by telephone — we hold what you choose to send us. Typically that is your name, your company, your email address or telephone number, and the content of your enquiry.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, including IP address, timestamp, the page requested and basic browser information. These are generated by the infrastructure rather than collected by us, and are used for security and for keeping the site running.
We do not operate analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
What is stored in your browser
This site sets no tracking cookies.
It stores two things locally on your own device, neither of which is sent to us or to anyone else: your light or dark theme choice, kept in localStorage so the site does not change appearance between visits; and a flag recording that you have already seen the opening animation, kept in sessionStorage so it does not play again until you close the tab.
Clearing your browser storage removes both. Nothing depends on them.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use enquiry details to respond to you, to prepare quotations, and to manage a supply relationship if one follows. That processing is necessary to take steps at your request and to perform a contract.
We use server logs to keep the site secure and available, which is our legitimate interest in operating it.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who else sees it
Our website hosting provider processes requests to this site, and our email provider carries correspondence with us. Both act on our instructions.
We may disclose personal data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not otherwise share enquiry details outside our business.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for any commercial relationship that follows, and then for as long as we are required to keep business records under Indian law. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct it, complete it or update it; ask us to erase it where we no longer have a reason to keep it; and withdraw a consent you have given.
To exercise any of these, write to info@verdegroup.in. We will respond within the period the Act requires. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data — including if we ever introduce analytics on this site — we will update this page and change the date shown at the top of it.
